New Online Support Website

Our Customer Support web site, formerly Best Online Support & Services (BOSS), is now Sage Software Online. Please update your bookmarks from to http://sagesoftwareonline.com. Much of the content on the site remains the same, but there are some modifications worth noting.

The new URL will direct you to the normal login page. Once logged in, you can click on the Support button at the top of the page to access the key online resources.

Select Your Product
Selecting Sage MIP Fund Accounting or Sage Fundraising will navigate you to the same landing page as www.mip.com/boss previously did. This landing page will continue to provide you with links to user forums, Support contact information, feedback channels and other links.

Case Inquiry
The Case Inquiry link enables you to search your organization's case history and review the Support Analyst notes that were documented on your cases.

Knowledgebase
Select the desired product link to access that product's knowledgebase to find documented solutions and information on issues that have been reported through Customer Support.

Web Ticket Creation (e-Support)
The newly designed e-Support submission form uses fewer fields to fill in and can auto-populate certain fields to help expedite the ticket submission process.
