Sage MIP Fund Accounting Wins Fourth Consecutive Campbell Award
Sage North America announced that its Sage MIP Fund Accounting product has received a 2010 Campbell Award from independent market research firm Campbell Rinker, based on the product being one of the most recommended by U.S. customers. Campbell Rinker surveyed approximately 3,000 customers of accounting software for nonprofits in order to determine the 2010 Campbell Award winners.
Awarded approximately every two years, the Campbell Award was established in 2002 to recognize excellence in nonprofits and the companies that serve them. This is the fourth consecutive Campbell Award for Sage MIP Fund Accounting. In 2008, the product was the most recommended accounting solution among users from nonprofits with annual revenue of $5 million and above. In 2005, Sage MIP Fund Accounting received the highest overall satisfaction score among all products rated in the survey, and the product received a 2003 Campbell Award for having the Best Expense Tracking capabilities of all rated products.
"Our ultimate goal is to provide our customers with an extraordinary experience," said Krista Endsley, Senior Vice President and General Manager for Sage Nonprofit Solutions. “Sage MIP Fund Accounting helps improve the daily lives of nonprofit accounting professionals, while also helping organizations demonstrate financial and organizational accountability.”
Several editions of Peachtree by Sage Premium Accounting for Nonprofits were also highly recommended by nonprofit customers during this year’s Campbell Rinker survey.
Conducted online by Campbell Rinker during September, the Nonprofit Accounting Solution Survey gathered information on user satisfaction, pricing preferences, purchasing habits, and organizational scope and size. Campbell Rinker thoroughly screened respondents to ensure accurate results. Thirty-nine percent of survey respondents have final purchase authority for accounting solutions, and about 7 in 10 respondents report using their primary accounting solution at least once a week.
Campbell Rinker bestows Campbell Awards to several categories of software and online solutions serving the nonprofit community, with the ultimate goal of helping nonprofits prosper through technology. Campbell Rinker is a member of the Council of American Survey Research Organizations and the Marketing Research Association.
