This user-friendly, cost-effective, efficient address cleansing and updating
service helps you regularly update address tables.
Most Sage fundraising customers have an average of 226,000 records in their address tables, and half of the users experience a 5% rate of returned mail with every mailing. This equates to an average loss of $5,867. Since 40 million individuals and businesses move each year, there is great potential to lose contact and miss donations.
Save an average of $5,867 per mailing with the decreased rate of returned mail. Customers who previously contracted vendors to provide National Change of Address (NCOA) data updates, checks against credit records, and various other address services, saved an average of $9,464 per year. The Locatable Address Conversion System (LACS) gives Sage fundraising customers
an automated way to correct addresses when a 911 emergency system has been
implemented.
911 address conversions normally involve changing rural-style addresses, such as RR or HC, to city-style addresses. The normal US Postal system CASS verification does not identify these changes and it usually requires the consideration of a full NCOA data set.
LACS is an add-on to CorrectAddress.

This user-friendly, cost-effective, efficient phone number updating service is
an add-on to the CorrectAddress service. Use this valuable and economical tool
to import, export, or manipulate data tables in Sage fundraising software.
CorrectCALLservice provides phone number updates for preferred numbers on a
quarterly basis.
Each year phone numbers change when constituents move and change telephone service providers. By using a tight selection criteria, Sage provides a 25% more accurate phone number update over other vendors.
CorrectZIP©
This ZIP Code updating service lets you update zip code lookup tables each
month. It also provides a new ZIP code, default city, county, state,
county/state code, county identifier, primary area code based on ZIP, latitude,
longitude, and time zone.
The U.S. Postal Service makes 5-80 changes in the ZIP codes monthly. Sage fundraising software requires a valid ZIP code for data entry.
CorrectAddress cannot correct addresses with new ZIP codes because the new zip codes will not be recognized. CorrectZIP adds the new ZIP codes to the zip code table so that CorrectAddress can update the addresses. CorrectZIP also eliminates invalid ZIP codes from the table.
You can add this service to CorrectAddress, or purchase it as a stand-alone service.

CorrectGM© is a user-friendly Sage Gift Matching Service for Sage Fundraising customers, providing an integrated functionality for linking constituent data to potential matching gift companies. Data links are based on the Higher Education Publications, Inc. (HEP) GiftPlus database of matching gift foundations, parent companies and subsidiaries. The goal of this effort is to provide a safe, efficient, and cost-effective way of maintaining gift matching data for constituent employees and their employers. The HEP database contains nearly 8,000 foundations and parent companies with detailed matching gift policies and links to the foundations contact and Web site.
This service is an annual subscription with quarterly updates.
