Profiles World
Profiles World holds all constituent-based information. The core of this world is the Basic Data Table that holds the primary identifying information for each constituent.
The information is divided into three categories:
- Biographical — Name, Address, Basic Information, Relationship, Correspondence, Education, and Employment Data.
- Giving — Detailed and Summary Tracking of Gifts, Dues, and Membership.
- Prospect — Detailed Prospect Tracking Information, including Planned Giving, Proposals, Media and Financial Data, Moves Management, System Events, and Custom Tables. Available in Biographical and Prospect.
Events World
Events World holds based information. Record Event Management, Registration, and Tracking of Event Attendance for multiple activity events. Registration from events ties back to the constituent information in the Profiles World.
Reporting World
Reporting World lets you retrieve of all the information stored in the Profiles and Events World. The Millennium Reporter lets you build queries against the database using any data field. Format the results through Crystal Reports and display them on the screen in HTML or PDF, or printed, or export to a variety of applications.
Tools World
Tools World is used to administer Millennium. Lookup tables, utilities, and security are managed from this location inside the application.
Reference World
Reference World contains the comprehensive help files for all areas of Millennium.
Additional Functionality
- Millennium’s Agent functionality notifies users when key actions/changes occur within the database (i.e. address change, gift was made, campaign benchmark occurred, to-do item is to be done).
- Millennium Bookmark functionality lets users directly access key prospects, constituents, and reports.

- Optional CorrectZIP subscription service to provide regular updates to changes in US zip codes and updates to area codes.
- Optional CorrectCall data enrichment service available, which provides quarterly processing of addresses and phone numbers.
- Optional CorrectGM data enrichment service available, which provides integration with HEP’s matching gift database.
