With Custom Report Coaching, Best Software offers you a personalized, one-on-one session with an experienced Crystal Reports developer using your report and your database. These sessions are conducted over the Internet from your own office.

Prerequisite: Successful completion of the Masters or Basic Report Writing class.
The Custom Report Coach has different applications available to conduct the session:
- WebEx® eMeeting uses a virtual classroom. The participant and instructor can both share control of the Millennium and Crystal software. The participant's computer must have a 56K or faster modem and a soundcard.
- pcAnywhere must be installed on the participant's computer. Best Software does not provide this software. pcAnywhere allows the sharing of the software and allows control by both parties. The participant's computer must have a 56K or faster modem.
Pricing: $150 per hour; 10% discount when purchasing a block of 10 hours. Sessions must be pre-paid or pre-approved.
